Terms of Use

Failure to read and respect my TOU is your fault, not mine.  You are bound to these terms whether you read them or not.

If I feel that my TOU are not being respected this will result in loss of your membership

GENERAL

- I have the right to deny membership to anyone at anytime without any explanation

- You do not need a website to join

- You cannot claim my work as your own

- I have the right to change my membership prices at any given time without notice

- Membership to Dollie Delight is good for ALL sites you own, there is no extra fee

- I have the right to change my TOU at any time without notice

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

- Once you have sent payment and your logo/license and account details have been issued to you there are no refunds

- Once you have sent payment for any purchaseware items or anything in my shoppe and this also includes prizes purchased during pixel parties you forfeit your right to a refund

- Your mebership is for you only.  You may not share your account with your friends or anyone else.  If you are caught sharing your membership your membership will be terminated.

- If you own a site with another person, both of you need your own account and your own licenses.  They cannot be shared.

- Upon joining Dollie Delight you must place your membership logo up on your membership page in one week

- As soon as you become a new member of Dollie Delight it is required as part of your membership that you join the updates list.  

- Upon joining my site, if you own a site I will require that you supply me with your login details.  This is so I can verify that my terms are being respected.  I am not there to take anything and be nosy, this is just to make sure that my terms are being followed.  I've had issues with people not following terms so I now have come to this.  If I have a good reason to trust you, I will never have to login. ;)  Thank you for respecting this.

- If you are a LJ user I will allow you to have a membership here.  You may not be a part of graphic theft or anyone associated with graphic theft.  If you are going to use the dolls for your creations EVERYTHING must be credited.  The original outline must be credited as well as Dollie Delight for shading the pixel.  Your pixels must also be put behind a protective grid to help prevent theft.  You may not share your pixels or your account with anyone on LJ.  Failure to follow any of these rules will result in your membership being terminated.  If you have any questions about usage on LJ PLEASE ASK before you think something is ok and you go ahead with it.

TUBES

- When you use my colored tubes, you must credit and link back to Dollie Delight

- You are allowed to use the tubes to create sigtags, adoptions, websets, stats, etc... for free/personal or profit use

- Do not claim my tubes as your own creation

- Please do not copy the exact same colors I use to shade my tubes

- The tubes I make are for you only and not to be shared with anyone else or passed around

- My tubes cannot be shared in groups or forums or be placed on a CD to make a profit off of

- You may recolor my tubes - your membership comes with a recolor license

- My tubes are not to be used at Live Journal or any other journal site to offer to your friends in communities for free and be made into blinkies.  I respect the original TOU of the outlines from the original creator as they do not want their things on LJ, so therefore I would appreciate that my tubes are not made into blinkies and passed around to your friends.

- However if you use my tubes in your sigtag creations you may then use them in your email, on your sites, journal or blogs.

OUTLINES/CUSTOMS

- My originals must be credited back to me at all times this includes bases

- If you need to change a little something on my original outline, please email me first to ask for permission before thinking its alright to do so.  Its better to be safe than sorry.

- All outlines & customs must be shaded in before adding them to your members area or selling them for profit

- Any as is outlines or customs inside the members area must be credited back to their original creator

- You may not resell my outlines or customs and claim them as your own as is outlines

LICENSE

- Currently there is only one license at Dollie Delight.  It includes tube, and a recolor license.

- Respect TOU

- No Drama
